Exercise keeps our joints from becoming stiff and immobile and possibly even strengthens our bones. What is it that makes exercise work wonders on our overall health? Exercising can stimulate our bones to acquire calcium. Exercise increases our endurance. Exercise along with healthy eating habit's will prolong your life expectancy by decreasing your risks of many life threatening diseases. No matter what our age is from one day old to 300 years old the benefits of exercise are never decreased on the account of age.
However as we age we may become less agile in our movement and balance. So here are a few exercises for our ageing human population. Flexing and stretching, carefully bend,extend, or rotate the neck,elbows,shoulders,hips,back,ankles, and knees. Most beneficial aerobic exercises are walking,swimming,dancing,riding a bike.
