Proactive Approach to Church Greed

The average church going God believing human spends approximately 208 hours a year in church or church related activities. The activities mainly consist of money gathering functions or recruiting ignorant fellow humans to secure their clergy and pastors children's future house payments, vehicles, food, and clothes. Alright we will give a little wiggle room. Some of the humans may be members of a church where your money is actually distributed properly. However it is our opinion those humans are few indeed! If you feel you are a human who belongs to one of these good congregations: We would like to propose a potential educational challenge into human greed. We would like to suggest you do the following: Buy yourself a notepad and for the next year jot down all the time you volunteer or take time away from your children and family when you are out witnessing to your fellow human sinners. After the year is up sit down and add up the time you dedicated to your church. Now you must decide what you think your time was worth in a hourly dollar amount. If you may be having trouble coming up with a hourly dollar amount. Try the following: Attempt to find out what the congregation is paying your pastor or preacher not only in actual cash but also other personal bills that are being paid for him by the congregation. Once you have come up with what you feel is a real concrete figure. Estimate how many hours the pastor/preacher dedicates to the church each year. Do the math to figure out the hourly rate the God loving human is being paid. Divide that by two and you will have a figure to use for the time you dedicated to the church. At this point prepare a detailed itemized bill for the church and present it to the proper official of the church. Warning: Prepare yourself to witness the real truth which may not agree with you. You may be called many things. You may be shunned from the congregation. You may be embarrassed by your beloved pastor/preacher in front of the congregation.
Please do not misconstrued the purpose for us asking you take on such a human life changing challenge. We do not ask you to do this to change your belief system or to steer you away from your religious or spiritual life styles. Their are two main reasons for us proposing this challenge to you. The first reason is to allow you to see from an educated process that the church is more business oriented then you may think. The second reason is to open your eyes to the true human animalistic nature of self preservation at all costs to their fellow human beings. If you should receive a positive response we would pose the hypothesis of that you may be dealing with a shrude one who has witnessed this type of behavior in the past and has changed their response to one that will keep you hooked in. If you think that is not the case give the money back. If you even received it in the first place. Their are many ways for you to demonstrate your love and conviction to your faith. Their is absolutely no reason for anyone to be part of a congregation that could careless about you as an individual human being. Instead of placing your 10% in possibly greedy hands. Why not take a more proactive approach and give where you see and feel it is needed.
